DWS Investment Corporation

DWS Investment Corporation (DWSIC) is an asset management company under the GW Capital umbrella. DWSIC manages the real property investment portfolios for its multifamily and residential assets, auto and equipment leasing, and the pistachio businesses. It also manages several equity portfolios on behalf of the Sborov Family Office members.

DWSIC is the managing partner of numerous limited liability companies as well as the General Partner of multiple limited partnerships.
